To use iHRV Med, you will need an R-R interval capable chest belt. You can use
- a Bluetooth 4.0 belt, e.g. Polar H6, Polar H7, Sigma R1, or
- an ANT+ capable belt, e.g. by Wahoo or Garmin, along with an ANT+ dongle.
